The anchroages labled as pay ancrhoes are community driven spaces. Typically, a boat from the local village will arrive and identify themselves as an agent for their SMA. They tycpially ask for $20TOP sometimes more for multiple days. The nice bit is the money is going to the village, for the purposes of maintaining the beautiful are a you are anchored in.

Additonally, there are chart markers for the same anchorages that can be loaded into Navionics/Garmin.
